Israeli forces kidnap 25 Palestinians in West Bank

Extremist Jewish settlers attacked Palestinian families in Al-Khalil’s Old City.

Israeli occupation forces kidnapped 25 Palestinians in different West Bank cities and villages during a wide-scale night raid.

Local sources said that most of the Palestinians were kidnapped from the West Bank city of Jenin, Kafr Dan, Barqin and Zaboba.

According to the sources, the kidnapping included two senior Hamas leaders –Khaled al-Hajj and Sheikh Ata al-Sabbagh.

During the kidnapping campaign, the Israeli occupation forces searched over 20 Palestinian homes and scared women and children.

One of the Palestinian families, whose house was inspected during the campaign, reported loss of 745 grams of gold and NIS113,000 ($31,600).
