Israeli occupation forces shot and killed Palestinian boy on Friday afternoon and wounded five others in the city of Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian ministry of health in Gaza said that the boy was identified as Fahed al-Astal, 16 years old.
He was shot, the ministry of health said, in the stomach and was arrived dead in the hospital.
According to the ministry, five other Palestinian youths were wounded when the Israeli occupation forces opened fire at them while protesting along with about 100 other protesters.
It is worth noting that the Palestinian factions and activists in Gaza have cancelled the weekly protests against the Israeli siege staged every Friday.
The Palestinian factions said that they had cancelled the protests after the threats of the Israeli Crime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that he would raid Gaza.
During one and half a year of weekly protests along the eastern side of Gaza, the Israeli occupation forces killed more than 315 protesters and wounded about 30,000 others.
UN and other international bodies have accused the Israeli occupation forces of using lethal force to violently disperse the peaceful protests.
