Israeli forces harass, kidnap Palestinian woman

Sidawi was detained several times in the past for her resistance against Israeli interference in the affairs of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

In a very humiliating scene, Israeli occupation police harassed and kidnapped Palestinian woman fromoccupied holy city of Jerusalem, eyewitnesses reported on Thursday.

The Palestinian woman, who was identified as Aida Sidawi, was previously detained by the Israeli occupation forces and banned from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem's old city.

Witnesses said that the Israeli occupation army raided the home of Sidawi in Jerusalem's old city, harassedher in a very humiliating way and detained her. She was taken to the police station at Jaffa Gate.

“The intelligence forces have raided my home, harassed me and took me to the Qishla,” she wrote on her Facebook page.

Qishla is the police station at Jaffa Gate, one of the gates to the old city of Jerusalem.

Sidawi was detained several times in the past for her resistance against the Israeli interference in the affairs of Al-Aqsa Mosque, as well as for her resistance against the daily settlement desecration of the Islamic holy site.

She has been banned by the Israeli occupation police from entering the walled holy compound for several weeks and months.
